Day 5: Lake Manyara National Park
Grasslands, forests, marshlands, scrubland, and acacia tree prairies: all of these habitats can be found at Lake Manyara National Park. Ornithologists will delight at the 300+ migratory bird species, including flamingoes, long crested eagles, and grey-headed kingfisher.
Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater
Created by the collapsed cone of a volcano, the 2,000-ft. deep Ngorongoro Crater is an astonishing amalgamation of wildlife. Watch flamingoes share shallow water holes with numerous other fine feathered friends. Visit a Maasai village and learn about the ways of these herdsman.
Days 7 & 8: Olduvai Gorge & Serengeti National Park
