    About the Role
    We’re looking for a Travel Advisor to join our Closter, NJ office — someone who’s passionate about travel, detail-oriented, and eager to build meaningful connections with clients. Whether you’re new to the industry or have experience in hospitality or client services, this is an incredible opportunity to grow within a close-knit, supportive team.
    In this role, you’ll help clients plan luxury vacations, manage trip logistics, and deliver seamless travel experiences from start to finish. You’ll work closely with senior advisors and have access to industry-leading training, supplier connections, and tools to help you succeed.
    This is an in-person position, ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative office community and thrives in a warm, family-run environment.
    What You’ll Do
    ● Design and book personalized travel experiences for high-end clients● Research destinations, hotels, and experiences to match client preferences● Manage client communications, quotes, and itineraries with attention to detail● Liaise with global suppliers to confirm reservations and special requests● Learn and use Signature Travel Network’s training modules and tools● Participate in team meetings, supplier visits, and occasional travel events● Provide post-travel support and maintain long-term client relationships

    About the Role
    We’re seeking a detail-oriented, friendly, and organized Administrative Assistant to support our in-house team of travel advisors.
    This is a hands-on role in our Closter office, ideal for someone who loves travel, enjoys helping others, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of the luxury travel industry. You’ll assist with building itineraries, organizing client files, reaching out to suppliers, answering phones, and ensuring our office runs smoothly day-to-day.
    It’s also a stepping-stone position — several of our current advisors began as Administrative Assistants and grew into full-time trip planners. For the right person, this role offers exceptional mentorship, training, and long-term growth potential within our agency.
    Key Responsibilities
    ● Assist travel advisors with itinerary building and trip documentation● Communicate with hotels, tour operators, and suppliers to confirm reservations and special requests● Help manage office organization, scheduling, and travel files● Answer phones, greet clients, and provide friendly, professional communication● Support client follow-ups and ensure all trip details are accurate and up-to-date● Assist with light event planning, including local client events and supplier visits● Learn industry tools, CRM systems, and itinerary platforms used by our advisors● Provide general administrative support to help maintain smooth office operations

    We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help strengthen E. Clarke Travel’s brand presence, support client engagement, and manage our partnership-driven marketing efforts. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact within a small, dynamic team — ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment and is passionate about travel, storytelling, and marketing strategy.
    You’ll serve as the primary liaison with Signature Travel Network’s Member Engagement Team, overseeing the configuration and execution of our print and email marketing programs through their technology platforms. You’ll also manage our client-facing communications — from monthly newsletters and social updates to event promotions and supplier collaborations — ensuring our messaging remains polished, on-brand, and consistent with our agency’s voice.
    Whether remote, hybrid, or in-office, you’ll be an essential part of our growth strategy, helping us reach new travelers while staying connected to our loyal clientele.
    Key Responsibilities
    ● Coordinate all marketing efforts across print, digital, and email campaigns● Serve as the main point of contact with Signature Travel Network’s Member Engagement Team● Configure and optimize Signature’s marketing tools to deliver effective client communications● Draft, edit, and schedule client newsletters (via Substack and other channels)● Collaborate with supplier partners to manage co-op advertising opportunities and brand partnerships● Assist in planning and promoting local travel events for clients and community members● Maintain consistency in messaging across all platforms (website, social media, email, and print)● Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics● Support the development of marketing materials for advisors and client outreach
    Who You Are
    ● Strong writer with a passion for travel and storytelling● Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once● Experienced with digital marketing, CRM systems, or email marketing tools● Familiar with Substack, Canva, or similar creative tools (preferred but not required)● Excellent communicator and collaborator — both internally and with external partners● Detail-oriented, resourceful, and enthusiastic about brand-building● Experience in marketing, hospitality, or communications preferred● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field a plus
