Egypt

Travelers have been journeying to Egypt even before the Great Pyramid of Khufu was listed as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Ancient Greeks and Roman explorers returned home with tales of the Sphinx, Nile, and pyramids, not to mention profusion of art and architecture. With Christian and Islamic influences, Egypt has continued to produce wonders uniquely its own. Home of one of the oldest cultures in the world, spanning three thousand years of continuous history, Egypt continues to be the adventure of infinite lifetimes.
