Exclusive Tailor-Made Journeys to the Caribbean – FAQ’s

Program Details, what is included.

• Round-trip air from Newark Liberty International Airport to St. Maarten Princess Juliana International Airport on La Compagnie Airlines.
• VIP Airport Service.
• Transfers from/to hotel or villa.
• Inter-island transfers from/to Saint Maarten Airport to Saint Barth or Anguilla (by boat or plane, pricing varies).
• 7 night-stay at a luxury hotel or villa of your choice.

Program Start and Schedule.

• The exclusive program will start mid-November 2023 and run through April 2024, 7 nights Sunday to Sunday.
• Flights depart weekly from Newark (EWR) in the morning and return from St. Maarten (SXM) in the afternoon.
• Due to the nature of our weekly flights, only 7-, 14- or 21-night stays will be available in order to fully benefit from our business class offer. However, other duration of stays may be considered in combination with commercial flights.

La Compagnie, Flight Information.

• The flight will be operated on an Airbus A321 Neo.
• The plane offers 76, business class only, lie-flat seats.
• Meals as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be served during the flight.
• Each passenger is allowed 2 checked luggage of 70 pounds each and 1 carry on up to 40 pounds. Please note that different restrictions apply to the inter-island flights, if any. Call for more details.
• Flight only bookings are currently not available. However, this might change. Call for details.

Hotels & Villas, Information.

• We have created an exclusive selection of luxury hotels and villas on each island for you to chose from. Please call for details.
• Individual accommodations requests outside of our program will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at an additional cost.
• Room categories to choose from are based on availability at time of booking. Rates will vary.
• Single occupancy will be available.
• Room capacity and categories varies depending on the hotel and villa. There will be options for family travel with children.

Inter-Island transfer options.

• Our hassle-free program allows you to choose between a short flight (10-15 minutes) or a boat-ride (25-45 min), depending on your comfort level and your preference. Private, semiprivate, or shared transfers will be at your disposal as well.

Island Combinations

• Our tailormade program can be customized to your needs. Within your 7-night journey, you can pick and choose, your hotels and Islands, as you please. We are happy to create your individual itinerary.

Additional Services.

• We do offer multiple additional services, like excursions, car rentals etc. to create an even more customized experience. Please call for details.

Travel Insurance.

• We work with all the major travel insurance companies, who offer a grand variety of policies.

Cancellation Policy.

• Due to the exclusivity of this program refunds due to cancellations will be restricted. Please call for details. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to avoid any inconveniences.

Flight Cancellations, Failure to deliver air service.

• In the unlikely event of flight cancelations due to force majeure we will work with you to arrange an alternative flight.
• Due to regulations of the department of transportation, all received funds are to be hold in an escrow account until services are rendered to the customer.

Miscellaneous

• Are individual hotel reward programs or credit card benefits combinable with your booking? Due to the nature of the program offered, we will have to handle these questions on a case-by-case basis. Call for details.
